You need to work on your logo some and you need to have your logo on every page.
I would go with a white background.
You should never have to scrol left and right in netscape I had to.
You should put your menu on the left hand side of the page.

Default Needs a little work

I have to agree that your logo does not fit what you are promoting. Is it wood or is it silver.... If it is both, as you mention in your opener, then you could design a logo to reflect that.

The menu navigation would be better on the left side. This tends to be the widely accepted placement for a menu. In IE. 6 using windows XP, you have a huge horizontal scroll that needs to be fixed. I am using 1024x768 and you still have a large horizontal scroll. There is also a large empty space on the bottom of the opening page.

I agree the logo should be on all pages and also have a menu on each page since the back function tends to be annoying after a page or two.

The very long pages would be better if you had jump links to specific information, or products. Trying to scroll on and on to find a birth coin set was difficult.

You might also want to add a privacy policy about the information you collect for ordering purposes.

Your website is a worthy effort and with some refinements has good potential.

Take care ~

You may want to check out this page http://memoriesinsilver.com/Index1.htm ...It's linked as "Home" on some pages but apparently doesn't exist.
