Hi Venezart,
Your site loaded unbearable slow. I am on a 56k.
I was only on 20% of the download after 3 min. I think you need to address this problem before you do anything else. People just won't stick around to see what you have to offer if they have to wait a long time for your site to load.
Best Wishes,
Lynn

Your site is beautiful. I love the look and feel. I'm not sure about all the scroll boxes though. I know it helps keep a lot of info in a small place but scrolling in little areas for everything I want to look at is kind of a pain. As your whole site exists in scroll boxes I guess you put a lot of thought into it though. Just my two cents.

The site is VERY pretty and soothing and it's very obvious that you're an artist (which is good of course since that's what you're promoting).

Best of luck to you!

Default Thank you

Just wanted to thank you for your advice, and let you know I really apreciate your time.

Busy1, I'm glad you were able to load my site much faster the second time. I will look at some files and see where I could decrease some file sizes.

Leisa, thank you for your feed back, as a solution to your comments, I wanted to get your input on what if on every page that you open in the main window, had a maximize button similer to the one of an operating system. This way if user that dont like the scroll, they could simply launch a maximize screen.

venezart, I think that's a great idea! It may make one feel less confined and much more free to explore and discover what you offer. Don't get me wrong though, I think your site is beautiful. You have such a great talent! I wish I had half your skill.

Welcome to the forum. Have seen you posting in a few spots, so thought I bring your site review forward from way back.

You might want to go over the typoes. The first one hitting me in the eye "Web Developmen" (bottom left).

The 'featured site' down the bottom I don't think should be in a scrollable box.

Is the background of those boxes meant to have a grey background? The grey looks a little disjointed if it is. Or...it could be that old 'no background' colour? It shows no background in my IE (but I dont have white as default background in IE) & grey background in Firebird (default is white in Firebird) Either way, the background of them would look better white, if they aren't already.

The main graphic looks very cool, but I wonder if you have thought of it having an end time? Because it is continuously flashing, it could cause people to leave. Thre are also many people out there that have conditions that can be aggrevated with continual flashing (i.e people prone to fits).

You really dont have much text on the page for search engines to spider through. Maybe where you have the 'featured site' you could have a short description of who you are & what you offer, keeping in mind relevent keywords.

You have some great graphics on there though :-)
