for a blog, it is very attractive, but I would use a better font... perhaps Verdana or Arial.
Your latest entry is a bit difficult to distinguish from your text as you did not make it bold as you did the first one, and it appears to be part of the text...
also, while I realize that blogs are only journals, I really feel you should use some punctuation so that viewers reading it can more easily read it. A comma or a semi-colon allow the reader to know when to pause and get the true meaning of a sentence.

I like it....really like the colors and the use of the boxed area's on the sides of the site.

I do agree with Mary Ann in that you should consider a different font that reads a bit better (Verdana and Arial are the right choices)...
