very nice looking site... seems to navigate well .. I have only 2 comments.
1. I clicked on the Pavillion logo and went to their site... unless you are also Pavillion, I suggest that site open in a new window...even if you are, all links should open in a new window... don't give your customer the opportunity not to come back to you.
2. When I clicked on a link from the left side, I went to a page that said there were no items for sale. I understand that you need to break down each catetgory into sub-categories, but it is confusing to see that there were no items for sale.. perhaps you could list your sub-categories in the body in addition to the left sided links. Maybe you copied E-Bay's format and people are used to that format.. since I dont' go to auctions, I'm not familiar with their sites layouts.. so the above was just an observation from an auction novice.

Good luck with the site... it really looks good

Default Banners

The banners are paid for by their owners I guess they should open in a new window. The catagories have a number next to them which show how many items are listed within them as the site is very very new there are not many listings.

Hi. I have a couple suggestions...

First, maybe you could consider replacing that big fees table with a simple line or graphic indicating there are no insertion fees and give a little link to go to a fees and costs page for more info. I don't think all that fee info needs to take up so much real estate on your home page.

Also, once that table is gone you can move your Featured auctions up into view. Because you have limited auctions right now, bringing those into plain view could be very beneficial.

Just some suggestions based on my initial reaction.

Best of luck to you!

Sorry, one more comment...

Because you have VERY stiff competition I would suggest making the things that make you better/different, etc. very clear.
