Well, the site layout could be simpler. I'll leave the tables and scripting to others for comment. You could do a whole message on
doctype and meta tags.
The site is descriptive without really taking the point of view of a customer seeking information. The opening page could lose the animation which doesn't say much of anything, and add information. Take the 6750 Ayala building project. A lot went into what you did there, not much about what the benefit was. If the system replaced an old one, put the new savings (in precise amount of currency). Don't say "payback," prove it. Split the popup down the middle, with
before and
after measures of savings, lowered maintenance costs, and whatever your sales person probably said to sell the client.
If the projects are really that great, showcase one on the front page -- rotating them out every month or so.
Quite frankly, your site isn't "bad," but typical. If I were to come to you and try to use so little information to sell clients, you would fire me before lunchtime on my first day of work. Most sites should be similarly fired for "sleeping on the job."
