you certainly have a very pretty site...
it loads quickly and navigates easily... except that when the new page loads, it does so without the photo initially and then changes size when the photo does load.

your index page is too long with so little information... you should use the text from your "welcome page" and put it on the index page and get rid of the welcome page.... your initial information should be immediately viewed by your visitor.
you have too much "stuff" on your index page....visitors will be scrolling down to see nothing of any interest or value.

Being a suspicious person, I would not believe that Sky would call me back..Sorry!!!

hope this helps... good luck!

Default Thank you for your input

Thank you for your input. It was good to hear something from you. I appreciate that you took the time to look at my site and review it so quickly after my requesting it from you!
I used to have the welcome message on the index page and found that people weren't wanting to read it , as they were more interested in how to reach me and my services , which is why I chose to make a link on the side for those interested in reading it.
The idea of the phone number is so they know they have a legitimate number to call, and the number is only to set up appointments, I do call them back and if I didn't I could and would face legal action which I am sure they are well aware of. I also have a schedule a reading form for those who wish not to call, maybe for the supicious mind.LOL I am definetly going to look into to how to make the pictures load faster, in fact as I am soon as I am done with this message.
I truly appreciate your compliment on my site and will look at ways to shorten the index page with out having the information all all jumbled up and confusing. Again thank you so much for your time and cooperation I appreciate your opinion in this matter.
May God guard and illumnate your path this day and always!

Venus,

First, I agree that your site is pretty and it loads fast.

The most important recommendation I can make is probably the one you least want to hear. However, the centered images on each page push the information completely off the screen for monitors running 800x600 (or less).

I like these images, especially the ones of you,(they personalize the customer experience,) I just think they are in the wrong place and that this screen space would be better used presenting your information.

You could remove the corner graphic (logo?) and move "PsySky.com" and phone number left, then float the picture for each page in the upper right corner. That would open up the main area for presenting the benefits of using your service, while keeping the feel the various images invoke. Just a thought.

I also highly recommend that the left top corner graphic be click-able, taking the visitor back to the home page, especially as you do not have a navigation link titled "Home". Other than my initial confusion trying to find Home, the navigation was easy to follow.

I looked at several of your pages, (and took the quizzes for fun!) The navigation is consistent. The colors are pleasant. The personality of the site is warm and inviting.
