New to SEO and full site design. Would appreciate any comments regarding design, navigation and SEO. Currently developing a revised nav bar, including drop downs but won't introduce this until next month.

I advise you to remove the hidden text IMMEDIATELY (otherwise you'll be banned).

Talking about the hidden text, I mean the following:
