Few suggestions:

You are using frames. That might cause a problem
to get listed on some search engines. If possible
try to organize your site without them. If not, ensure
that you are use the frames properly, to avoid troubles.


In Categories, I would try to not have 2 lines for one link.
You can make font smaller, so at least on 1024x768
(17 inch monitor) you will have one line for each link.

Description and keywords meta tags are missing on your site.


I would try to use CSS more extensive, example :
<TR BGCOLOR=#FFFFFF> or <td bgcolor="#CCCCFF">
can be solved with CSS.

I would recommend you to put a link to the home page at your logo (http://www.eleadbay.com/images/top2_logo.gif).

Most users uses logo as the way back to the homepage

But only in the internal pages (not at the homepage itself)
