Very nice, good clean graphics and text.
The only thing I would change would be the flashing text. It is just a bit much for my liking and I found it distracting while trying to read the main copy on the site. It makes, what would otherwise be a classy looking site, look tacky and cheap.

The site looks good, nice color theme and good use of graphics and animation. If you can either make different flash movie for each page of make place some different banner image on each page, i think it will give great look to it. It's just an opinion.
