Positives: Beautiful splash page, consistent use of theme colors: red, white, black.

Ideas:
For sparse splash pages with nothing more than an eye-catching graphic and the base navigation, my opinion is to add slight variations in some element or the user of the page will immediately bypass that page and bookmark the following "REAL" homepage. Random quotes, random sections from your best customer testimonials, or different graphics on each load are ideas.

For the navigation section - I would only change 1 thing - fix the stylesheet so that when you mouseover a link and the text turns to BOLD, nothing else moves. Right now, I mouse over a link and the rest of the line is pushed sideways. This can be fixed either by moving the nav links to their own lines (you could do a nive vertical arrangement the way your page is set up), adjusting the stylesheet to counteract the mouseover changes or by selecting a different mouseover effect.

Within the site, in my opinion, there is too much bold print. I would un-bold almost everything especially since you are using bold as a visual aid for your navigation. Since you want the reader to quickly notice\locate particular positive statements or claims, set those off as shorter quotes surrounded by whitespace.
