Really like it, v fast, all text links,
nice graphics,
great simple design

I want to join the burn the fat feed the muscle program!!!! (Well I need to!!)

The only thing that spoils it is some of the sites you link to, but you have to earn a crust!!

Nice, clean design, a bit lacking of color, but I think it works, and I do like the shade of green being used. I am also a big fan of having links do something (change color, highlight, etc.) when you hover over them. It makes me feel like I have the mouse on the appropriate spot. Loads quickly for me, but I am on a T1...

I noticed many of your links that go out to other sites (sponsors, etc.) do not open in a new window, therefore users may have to hit the back a number of times depending on how deep they go within the other site....always use the _blank variable in your links to open to a new window!

At about 3:30 pm NY Time I was getting many 404 errors...was your host down??

How are you doing with SEO?? Some suggestions are alt tags on your links (also needed for accessibility needs). What keywords are you focusing on...."green apple"?? You may want to gear more towards fitness/nutrition, etc...

I really love the content as I have been a life long athlete, and am currently an avid bodybuilder (and do some cardio!!) and golfer. I love the nice consise tips that I can use for my nutrition and training needs to view or print out (you may want to add a "print page" link).

Very nice....I'll be back, and will definitely sign up for the newsletter...please review me when you can via the link below....thanx, and good luck.

I designed my site entirely myself with Dreamweaver. It was a labour of love - still tweaking here and there. I see what you mean about hover links. I visited your page - so user friendly! Loved it! I'm afraid, being a rookie, I don't have any further terms and detailed feedback. I just love it!

I'd welcome your feedback regarding what you find works for advertising and marketing. I am eager to hook up with either a company or a system but don't know where to begin - afraid of being scammed. Any words? Do you use email marketing, banners, classified ads, magazines, etc.? Do you know a good email marketing company? You can email me from my GAH site, if preferred.
