Tested in iE6 56k modem 800x600. Loads reasonably fast. Might be nice if the links changed colour when the mouse is passed over them. Otherwise, a very nice design,. Good luck with it.

Overall, very nicely done. I'd like to see case studies or easy to scan examples. As your site points out, the microbusiness owner who might need your services is too busy to figure out exactly what you can do for them.

I would also like to see your contact information on every page. Don't make a visitor do anything more than they have to to contact you.

The dashed borders remind me of coupons to be clipped. I wonder if it is classy enough to fit in with the rest of your site.
