you state that you are getting a decent number of visitors each month.....are they leaving as soon as they get there or are they going through your entire site?
without going through the entire checkout process, I don't know how easy or difficult you make it to purchase your product.... but, I feel, that you have a product that is not easy to purchase online, because of all the differences in body sizes. The only suggestion I would make is to have your visitors complete a feedback form as to why they are not purchasing... this might give you some ideas as to what you can do to make that sale.
I will make several comments on your site:
1. you have no navigation button back to your index page... most people do not know that clicking on your logo/site name will return them to your index page.
2. You should break up your text on your index page... it is all one big paragraph... and most people simply scan and your text is difficult to read.. break that paragraph up into several with headers for each paragraph.
3. I checked your source code and this is what I found:

Your title should be just that... a title - not keywords.... and the maximum number of words should be 12.
Your description should also be only a description - not keywords.... and the maximum number of words should be 14.
Both your title and your description should focus on your primary keywords..
