Hi,

We are in the process of improving the site and are looking for some constructive ideas on what people are looking for from the site.

Is it informative enough? Are there specific points you would be looking for from it? What are you immediate dislikes etc?

Many thanks in advance for your time and ideas.

Mike

Very pretty, I love the look. 0 page rank at google so you should submit to the search engines. Well done with internal links in the text.

I suggest that you rewrite your description tags. Every page should have a unique description - no more than 2 commas (don't have a description that is really a list of keywords).

Contrary to popular mythology, search engines will index an asp site. the problem is really in the urls. So http://www.roatanrealty.com/property...&vAL=no&vAA=no isn't search engine freindly. You can't get around this by creating static pages with a fixed url with property descriptions

good luck

JM

Tested in IE6 56k modem 800x600. Graphics are a little slow to load. Might be nice if the links changed colour when the mouse is passed over them. Otherwise, a very nice design. Good luck with it.

very lovely looking site... very different from any other realty site I've seen, but I think that's good... so many of them look the same except for the photos of the specific area.

my only comment would be to have the site centered... it looks fairly centered in 800X600, but on 1024x768, the design stays to the right of the page.

good luck!

Welcome to Roatan Realty on the island of Roatan in Honduras Roatan Realty offers you a comprehensive listing of Roatan real estate and is proud to announce Roatan’s first “For Sale By Owner” option on our Roatan island web site.

If you are looking for real estate or investment property on Roatan island, Honduras our professional real estate agents will be happy to help find a perfect piece of tropical paradise property just for you from our listings
There should be a period in the first sentence after Honduras and before Roatan Realty.

Roatan Island should be capitalized since, I am assuming the name of the place is Roatan Island. If the word island is not part of the name, then the word should remain in lower case letters. Also, if island is not part of the name, you should not use it as you did "Roatan island", rather say "the island of Roatan"
