Hi,

I like your site and it has some good elements to it. I think the problem with it though is that it's just too complicatd. For example the area where you can configure your own system is not particularly user friendly. I believe that customers need to be guided through the process one stage at a time, and not just given numerous drop down lists showing them the options. You also need to have better descriptions of exactly what they are adding. For example, the drop down option that chooses the monitor simply give the name of the monitor selected. There needs to be somewhere on the page a run down of the spec for that particular item, and not rely on them clicking on the image for further information.

The only other thing I noticed was that you have all your content aligned to the left. This makes the site look very odd if you have your browser open to full screen.

Other than these points a nice site with good products, I just feel it needs a little polishing.

Thanks

David.

Default Thanks

I appreciate the advice. I'll make some changes and hopefully I can get some orders rolling in. Any other comments are still welcome.
