I’d like to know:

1. How much does this all cost? If you have tiered pricing I’d like to get an idea prior to purchasing.

2. How do you differentiate yourself from Hallmark or any other store-bought card? If your emphasis is on service i.e. “Let us remember important dates and mail culture-specific cards for you” then I’d stress that more prominently in a way that a card-neutral executive might understand: Save time... Focus on what’s important- the bottom line... Retain customers... Develop customer loyalty... etc.

3. What is your street address?

4. I’m not entirely comfortable with the idea of signature forgery.

The site itself seems well-designed and planned.

Default Site review

I like the idea of the site, and the structure is all there and working for a good online store. I think the main problem is the fact that it doesn't inspire. The overall design layout looks as though it has been produced from an off the shelf template. The colour scheme is rather dull, try using a colour other than grey and black.

There are also a few unusual choices of images on the site. The image of the business folks sat around the table on the front page for example. I understand that you are trying to appeal to the corporate buyer, but this image looks like it has come straight out of a financial report as opposed to a website selling great gifts.

Overall I think the site has all the foundations to make a great website, I just think you need to develop the ideas a bit further to make the site a little more engaging.

Sorry if this is all a bit negative but they are all things that are fairly simple to rectify.

David.
