Default nice

The front page is very elegant and comfortable. I think it give a good feel for the hotel atmosphere.
The rates listing is simple and easy to follow, but the 'Reserve Now' button conflicts with the look you're going for.
Other small suggestions include; small icons for the restaurant and facilites would be nice, text adjustment on the Visitor's Guide and keeping the reserve now window from popping up in a seperate window(especially after the rates page pops up in a window of it's own).

Overall I think that the information on your site is presented well. Nice job.

Default need a little polishing

Being only hours away from you and being in your hotel on several occasions. From what I remember of the hotel, the site doesn't reflect the hotel as it should, needs a little polishing. Graphics are good, beautiful pictures but could use other elements rather than square boxes. The attraction of whistler is class, elegance, atmosphere and sport. I didn't get all that from the site, only from the pictures and from memory of having been there. The white background kind of took away the elegance for me. My feeling is the site has a lot of potential but sells itself short. Especially with the attention 2010 will bring to Whistler, people will be looking online for bookings.

Hope that helps? Good luck.
