Default Please review www.kitchendimension.com

I just redid the design on this site; www.kitchendimension.com

I am, however, having difficulties pulling in sales. Any insight or advice is welcome.
Thanks,
Ben

Ben,

For the most part I liked you site quite a bit. Navigation is good, it loaded quickly for me (cable modem). How long has your site been up? What kind of traffic numbers are you getting? Only suggestion I could make and a small one at that is posting a concise privacy policy and stress the security features used during the ordering process. I saw the Versign logo on your ordering page but many visitors might not realize what that means to them. Make your buyers feel as safe as possible in providing their personal and credit card info on your site. Keep plugging away.

Default Nice site

I can honestly say i don't know why the site is not showing you the results you expect. The design is nice, clean and concise. The transaction area appears secure, and you have a trusted cetificate attached the the secure area. I think you just have to continue with the development, and maybe concentrate on climbing the search engine rankings.

One thing I would say though is that your site is aligned to the left. This makes the site seem a little odd if you have your browser set to full screen.

Great site and good luck

David.

Default Thanks

Your comments are appreciated. I'm still racking my brain on what to do to pull in orders. I've been pulling people in through PPCs. If anyone else has any other ideas, please send them my way.
