First off, let me stress one point of good design (web or Print) Always be consistant.

The size and style of the fonts used on your site change from page to page, this is a bit disorienting to the average user, and does not really provide a professional image. The navigation system is also subject to change, jumping from the left side of the page to the bottom.

Pick one style and stick with it on every page.

The link to the image gallery just shows a row of broken images.

Consider using a few images to spice up the main page. At present, it's pretty stark, but i sould stay with a simple layout, I find it works well for design related sites.
