This site, www.ineed2shop.com was not designed by me, but I have the liberty of adding pages and html snippets. What types of add-ons should I go with (i.e. Email this to a friend, Bookmark this site, Sign up for our newsletter etc.)? Please let me know and thanks.

The site needs a logo and a title... I did not go beyond the home page, but be sure both logo and title are prominent on all pages..
you need text immediately to tell your visitors who and what you are...
you are using two different fonts... keep consistent and use only one font, preferrable one like Verdana which is easy to read and looks professional and keep font at size 2.
If you have newsletter, by all means, have something for your customers to sign up for one. Or you can ask visitors to sign up for a mailing list (if you ever intend to add new products, or have special sales and deals)
I personally do not like "bookmark this site"... it is not professional and if I want to bookmark a site, I am perfectly aware of how to do it..
I also do not like "email this to a friend" , as I am capable of doing it myself if I feel my friend would be interested in the site I am viewing.

I liked the site. Items easy to see. Site easy to navigate. I agree about the mailing list, would be a good idea, get more repeat business that way.
