Take care of your meta tags and title should focus on your main keywords.

Avoid showing your email address. A feedback form in your contact us page will be a good choice.

Keep one aboutus page and explain a bit about your self. That will give more confidence to your visitors.

My apologies for the sarcasm. I was a few beers into a half rack and full of myself.

The grey on black is pretty harsh on the text. I had trouble reading it in a well lt room.

ISO 9001 is impressive. Few integrators even know what it is much less bother to get it. I'd emphasize it a little more on the main page. Every local gov around here is thirsty for it although they know as little as the integrator.

What brands are you a distributor for? Panasonic, Sony, etc?

Good looking site.

Major typo on the sub title image...

North Wales Premier Accreted Security Company

should read...

North Wales' Premier Accredited Security Company

or even better...

The North Wales Premier Accredited Security Company

I tested at 1280x1024 and 96dpi and I think the sub title should be a bit bigger. I wouldn't use images for the title or subtitle (tagline) preferring real text at H1 and H2 (reduced with css). The SE's really like heading text. Image text, especially without ALT tags(!) will underachieve and is not good for text readers.

Check the site in different browsers, IE does what was intended but the better Firefox separates the horizontal bands from the vertical ones.

I found the colour scheme drab but probably appropriate for door staff.

It might be my security settings (always set high with the terrifying IE) but the iso, sia and nqa images didn't appear at allin Internet Explorer, they're external. Keep the link but make the images local.

Good luck.

Will sort that out asap & consider making this a background graphic with text in table over top styled with CSS to try & pick up more points - thanks 4 response

Hated the black grey. Suggestion....simple white background black or dark blue writing with more pictures, but that's just me.

I need to post here & formally apologise to the owner of the previous mentioned site(which i have now removed mention of). It was not my intention to be nasty or rude about either of the websites mentioned in my last post. I am very very proud of Simon's work on this site and since he is always undermining his own work I wanted to give him a big boost & let him know how great I thought his work was compared to the previous site. I possibly spend too much time as a critique of websites and forget that I am not always reviewing work and perhaps should not have compared or even mentioned the other site. Late at night & not thinking properly is no excuse for unprofessionalism.

If someone slated my work but then told me it was a jest I would probably still be upset so I apologise. I should definately not have posted the links. I should have remembered that if I have done that before it was in a positive manner.

It was unprofessional & out of character for me to intentionally slate someone-elses work (without being asked) even in jest !

I should point out that when I mentioned about the persons programming skills I was referring to the examples of web design not programming other languages outside the realms of a website which I realise the person in question may not have professed to be an expert in. As it happens the person in question has a very successful product which he himself programmed and runs a business connected with it. I am sure his own website bears no relevance to this.

I should also point out that any reviews I give are personal opinion only - that doesnt mean I am right ! That said I should joke when making comments about peoples work

I guess in sarcasm you should realise that maybe there are veiled insults and since that was not my intention I should not have stooped to sarcasm. What was meant in humour came across badly. What was meant as a boost for simon actually inadvertantly came across as a slander to the owner of epos which was not the intention.

My apologies to schwepps
