Any tips for improvement much appreciated.

First the site looks okay. I do not think there is enough information. You need better copy describing first the Thai experience, and more on each individual location.

Next you probably are not driving the right traffic to the site. You need to get inbound links from logical link partners. And you may have to do a physical mailing to highly qualified prospects.

For this site, I'd even suggest some experiments with longer, more storylike content. This would really have to be something a copywriter would create. Otherwise this is more like an industrial widget warehouse site -- with nicer product pictures.

I think your site looks very good and I only have a few comments on the sites general appearance.

First, I think you should switch your index page with page /samui-villa-vacation-rental.htm. The information on that page seems to me to be the logical place to enter your site and then you have a number of links from there to your index page which carries all the details of the properties you offer. As it is now you see all the details of the properties on first entering the site you then click on the villa rental link which gives you some more info and then it directs you back to the page you have just come from, if that makes any sense.

Second, I would love to see a few pictures of the island. In your page describing what's on the island a few good quality images would really help sell the place. The images of the actual properties are great and something similar showing the beaches / palm trees / people having fun etc would really finish it off well.

The only other comment I have is don't place your email address on the site. The mailto: link you have used will get picked up by the spam merchants and your inbox will start filling up with the wrong sort of mail. Much better to use a web form for contact.
