I would recommend you build additional content so you can promote the service you wish. Without the additional pages outside your forum system you're not going to find many clients. The word of mouth effect is often slow.

You also need information that would assist the new user. You have the default Invision PowerBoard support system, but you don't have the more personalized information you need to represent your business and assist more closely your clients.
