Nice looking site but I think some text on the home page would help out a lot. I also think a mouse over effect for the left hand menu would help.
The Elliott is moving at the top of the page not sure if I understand why that is there.
I have never liked drop down menus but that could be just me.
The text on your about us page reads above my head. I think information written for people that would have no idea about your product reads better.
But over all you have a nice looking site.

Looks really professional. Was slow to load - possibly because of graphics? that what it was acting like anyway. Are the blue background on the template images? I didn't look at the source code, but they appear to be images. If you can set the backgound to use a wallpaper image of 1 pixel, it will load much faster.

very nice site... the only thing I did not like was your floating menu... it was very distracting as I was reading down your page.
I agree with Janeth about the informational text on your home page.
I understood your text on "about Us", as I worked in a peripheral field for a while, and I do understand that you are targeting people who already know a little about security systems (or they wouldn't know enough to call you).. but take some of that text and put it on your index page.
