I would suggest that you remove your intro page. Or at least make it look more like like the rest of your site. (eg. The header etc.)

And a second thing, I would suggest that your remove all those banner ads at the bottom of your intro page. Or a least make it so that only one banner ad is displayed at a time.

Your site is looking good though!

I kinda like the intro, something different. Very nice design and color combination. Here the bad news. In your broadband site, I clicked on Choose a Package graphic (red box with ribbon) and its a dead link. The box itself could use a better finish since you are in design business, your graphics should be absolutely flawless, like most other graphics on your site. Also, all this moving and animating stuff can be a little annoying - I'm seeing three moving objects at this moment.
