I have tried my best to create this site but fresh view is much better so please review my site and tell me what and if I need to make changes, thanks.

The navbars need to have a more consistent colour scheme - you have yellow, grey and red colours with different rollover colours again causing confusion if you ask me. The code under the bonnet looks a bit old fashioned. The <META content="Microsoft FrontPage 4.0" name=GENERATOR> is a giveaway. Have a read of this site: http://webstandardsgroup.org/ in some detail and you'll start to see the issues raised by the markup/code used on this kind of website. Tested in IE6 and Mozilla 56k modem 800x600. Seems a little slow to load. Slightly too wide for 800x600. Text links in the main body of the text ought to be underlined. Otherwise, a nice design. Good luck with it.
