Default Site Review

Hi!

Great start! However, your site didn't display properly in Mozilla (viewing in this browser is a great way to find bugs and problems in site design). Not sure why it didn't behave yet. It was fine in Internet Exploder.

You're selling locally - so add local keywords to the title tags and visible text on your main page. If visitors are searching for "hardwood flooring nebraska" or "tile floors in calgary" you don't necessarily want them visiting your site. What are local buyers searching for? Something like "hardwood flooring newfoundland" or "tile flooring mt pearl" or "hardwood floors st john's" might be relevant search phrases. I'd strongly suggest getting these kind of phrases right into your title tags and other meta tags, and into your visible text high-up on your pages.

I'd strongly recommend that you add more visible text content that is keyword- and keyphrase-rich to all pages. Expand your 'tips' and add more resources for people looking for purchasing or installation information on this topic. Please add ALT tags to your images (if you have them, they didn't display for me).

Your "Tile Tips" and "Hardwood Tips" are good - and they're unique. Turn those pages into a brand. Give them a visual identity, and make those phrases your own! Give them a life of their own and promote them in local media so that people in your market area refer to those pages when they're looking for advice.

I'd suggest addding photos to your product pages - people need to see what they're buying.

Would you be so kind as to review my own site for cottage rentals in Ontario at http://www.turkeypointcottage.com

Thank you!
