Hello from a Web Pro World newbie. This is a site redesign we're still tweaking. Would love some feedback about functionality, ease of navigation, and clarity. Thanks in advance.

I like the top graphics on the auxillary pages, but I would keep the top level menu up there as well (i.e Home, Equipment, Software, etc.) Once you navigate into a page, you only have the bottom menu to use as a means to get elsewhere (other than the back button). Keep the gradient graphics though.. I like :)

The home page sort of put me off. I wasn't sure at first just what the website was about. I don't think I'd feature pictures of your location, unless you cater to a neighborhood crowd that will recognize the buildings and the area. (This works good for restaurants, not so good for industrial places). You might also come up with something that tell the visitor, right off the bat, what they can expect to find on your site, then put the specials below that.

Hope this helps...

Default wrong site

Thanks for the review, but I'm afraid that's not our site. That's the site of a competitor. Our doesn't have any pictures of the building. I edited my original post with a link to our home page. Please try again. Sorry for the confusion.
And just to make it easier, here's the link again.

Thanks again.

Default Site Review

Nice site. Looks and navigates great. Colors work great, everything really stands out nicely.

Only problem I found is, it's a bit heavy on graphics with the slide show running in the left column, and thus a little slow loading on dial up.

I checked the menu in IE, Opera, and Mozilla as well, and it functioned fine in all three.

The "Powered by LivePerson" link in the left column isn't legible, you might want to set it in a cell with a lighter background.

Great Site!

The only thing I would be tempted to change is the UPS Tracking logo at the top. Although it is a great feature to have it takes away from the main focus of the site (it was the first thing I noticed). Perhaps just size it down a bit?

Other then that I like the overall layout and feel.
