Dear Webproworld users :)

We have had our new design up and running for the past month or so.

So far it has had quite a big impact with customers.

URL: http://www.bluecityhosts.com

We have spent a long time on making our site web site unique compared to the other companies based in our market, many of these web sites all appear to be modified templates. As we didn’t want a web site that looked similar the other companies we set about designing this one within a limited budget.

Your own opinion on our site and any improvements that could be made are also welcome. :)

Feedback from a customer’s point of view is also appreciated.

Best Regards

Hello,

I really like your site. The site is clean, easy to navigate and the layout/colors look great.

On the top navigation, the grey bar. I have a problem reading the white font with the grey background.

From a customer point of view, it is easy to go through all your plans as well as compare them all.
I like your shopping cart system (which one are you using?)
I like your support part on the home page but once you leave the home page the user has to always go back to the home page to find the support section.
Maybe in your main menu/footer/or quick links you can add a support link.
And your forum should open in a new window so the customer/user doesn't get 'lost' or forget how to get back to your main site.

I also like your icons you are using. Very enjoyable Good Job!!

I am viewing using Firefox 9.2 and everything looks good.

Thank you for your response.

Firstly the answer to your question, our current cart system is specially designed for hosting businesses and easily integrates into our current systems. It is called whmautopilot.

Secondly I will ask my team to experiment more with grey bar and white text at the top. (Thanks for the tip)

We are currently in the processes adding new features to the site (this version is not online yet) which includes better access to our support information.

If anyone wants to add to this feedback please feel free to do so. :)

Great site. The only minor issues I have are:
the contrast between the gray bg and white text at the top nav bar is not great enough?? Also in the top nav bar, if you mouseover the white links, you get white underlines that you cannot see. These points mght be a bit petty. Hope they help.

Thank you for your response. We are currently making these changes offline at the moment and plan to bring them online at the end of the month.

Thanks again, every opinion helps :)
