While a monitor is likely to move your post to the appropriate area, one quick suggestion: optimize your images! On every page I visited, your image files were excessively large. As an egregious example, your http://www.elanestate.com/mainnew.jpg image is 185 KB (189,263 bytes). Before publishing any page to the web, it's a good idea to add up the total number of bits and from that calculate the total time it would take for a dial-upper, at 56 kbps, to download the page. If, because of images, it's more than ten seconds, it's too damn big.
I suspect others will mention stuff about the importance of consistncy in page color, layout, navigation and branding. Still others will catch the Javascript error on your [color=blue]http://www.elanestate.com/resorts.htm page[/blue]. You might even get a comment or two about the danger of using a mailto link instead of employing some sort of CGI script and form page to handle communications. Okay, good luck -- I'm outta here.

Just moved this out of Site Design into Site Review and thought I would at least make a couple of quick suggestions...
The site is OK but it could do with some "tweaking" in my opinion. On the address at the very top of the main page it doesn't indicate a country. As the domain name gives no indication either I think this is important. There are four very different font styles on page one. The font style used on the buttons is hard to read, so that is a good one to change first... Try pick 2 or 3 fonts (max) and stick to them. Web text should be readable so I always prefer to keep content text to something simple like verdana. I am not sure what font it is meant to be on the main page but it came up "odd" when I viwed it. Finally I have to agree with tikanet about image size & what he hinted about design consistency. Just my opinion... Good Luck
