Like it! I've only had time to look at homepage so far will look at rest later time permitting.

Your site is well laid out, clear and professional.

Only thing I'd change is the number of animations. They quite seriously detract from the overall feel which is ultra-professional.

There are too many things moving around on the screen for me. Choose maybe two of the best and make all the other graphics static. Nice overall layout. I would recommend the same for the other pages as well. I assume all the pages are using the same images, just overwrite the existing animated GIFs and call it a day.
