The site visuals and first impressions are excellent, the music is appealing at first but after a while begins to grate, the text on the left of screen when talking about firms hiring you has a less than professional feel, maybe 'commissioned' or something similar might help. The text on the right however seemed to give a real air of professionality without being stuffy.

It is a very nice looking, clean and appealing site. However, maybe you should set your music to stop after a few loops; it also overpowers you nice mouse-over sounds. I actually muted my volume while reviewing your site.

In addition, what do you have scrolling on the right side of your blue area? Is that strictly a space filler or does it have a purpose?

The news section is nice, but how about giving it some flavor? Instead of using “Company Name has hired us” in each clip, try “we have been hired by” or “Company Name has contracted with Dyne Interactive”.
