Tested in IE6 56k modem 800x600. Loads reasonably fast. Might be nice if the menu links changed colour when the mouse is passed over them. Text only version is a good idea. Needs a bit of text just to introduce the site to the visitor and explain what can be found on the site. Otherwise, a good solid design. Good luck with it.
