I only went to your index page... the music completely turned me off.... I would never do business with a site that has music that cannot be immediately turned off.
Also, you have popups on loading the index page.... again, I wouldn't do business with a site with popups...
Both popups and music are un-professional

I think the music is appropriate for your industry - high-pressure, fast-paced MLM sales. If your target market is an unemployed or low-wage earner then it will certainly be ear-catching and stand out from the rest of the staid sites on the web.

The CAPS are generally a turn-off but, again, it fits with the overall theme: grab attention and enable stickiness.

Check whether there are any hyphens between “Multi Level Marketing” and “Down Line.”

You misspelled “ENOURMOUS” on the first page.

I would ask the web designer to take the user back to the home page when clicking on the top portion of the page, or, at least, when clicking on yellowpagesales and all other graphics on the right side.

In the FAQ section this part...How do I sign up? That’s easy. Just click here to go to our registration page and follow the easy instructions....doesn’t let me click on the part that says “click here.” I’m using Mozilla, if that matters.

Make sure email addresses contained in the text can be clicked on to take the user directly to his or her email program.

Consider adding a site map to juice SEO.
