This site has something, that makes me want to leave it quickly. I cannot verbalize, what makes it, maybe:

- fonts color/style/size constantly changing?
- very aggresive color scheme?
- all these animations and special effects?

This site needs a lot of work, but it has potential - it focuses on the topic, the AGFA Imagesetter. Just dont't make it shout BUY BUY BUY, and it will pay off.

Your text is entirely too large....
your company info page has no company info... you need to tell people where you are located... not just a phone number or email address.
Your color scheme is not good...
you need text info on your home page to tell people who you are and what you do....

The site needs a redesign. There is no information. Not much content. No real design or layout flow, navigation, or anything else.

It used to be, before the much vaunted information age, a shop owner would trot over to the competition and check things out. Were I such an old-timer, I might take a look at the viprofix site. There you might see the monthly specials, but also a key objective of buyers: workflow.

Workflow is a concept which can sell more than one piece of equipment. And it is visual flow which users look for in efficiently moving through a site. Your site mentions "Mac to Press." Unfortunately the site design would offend both Mac and print sensibilities.
