For what reason is the photo in the upper right? If that is the owner, it belongs in the contact us or an "about us" type buttons. Get more pictures related to your business and have them rotate through that space if you like the visual effect of having a sustained photographic presence. In the world of finance, the sharpest looking suite and the most impressive and richest looking background is what is normally used. I'd look for a hotel lobby, museum-art gallery setting that speaks "old money / powerful money" or possibly a spectacular fountain or garden with some great sculpture.
Ponca City which is just a few minutes away as all the fantastic "rich old money" banks, libraries, museums and mansions you ever might want to take a bunch of great test shots.
If your gonna make your living in finance, you should try to dress the part. Formal/nice dress is truthfully one of the most important sales tools in finance.
Try a face shot, a bust shot, a torso, and a full length in pro dress and then ask a banker, lawyer, or an accountant which they like best.
Can all the empy space to the left of the photo. put your title at the very top, and then in the blank space to the left of the photo, say something salesy and powerful. "DnMeEnterprises is proud to announce our latest round of note conversions and liquidations has made a lot of our new clients very happy" ONE single good testimonial here would be enormously beneficial.
I think your left hand hyperlinks would look better as White on the shade of blue you have chosen.
The unused white space below the black banner at the bottom is off-putting, I would not use black but would use the same color of blue you used on the left hand side. Then on the hypertext at the bottom, I would make it white
You have an awful lot of unused white space, for example all the double spacing on your FAQ page.
I would suggest some here hows it works type info. "Say you have an airplane note for blah blah at an interest of x% and it's a 15 year note; Ok here's what we'd do. We'd convert that note for you sell it at X%, your net NOW gain is $xxxxxx, if you had held the note net net gain in tomorrows dollars would be substantially less." Obviously I haven't a clue of what you do or what value you provide.
Anyway, some kind of thought provoking reason why money today is LOTS better than tomorrows deflated money, or something good like that.
The picture you have showcases a couple of vehicles, an average house, and a lot of driveway. Even the person in the photo is lost amongst the other distracting items.
You might just try to emulate the color scheme on this web site, it is very financy looking.

This last one, scrolls rediculously but has a good color scheme matching.
