Hello,
I do not speak Algerian so I can only comment on a few layout issues.

- The Flash logo may not appear for all visitors.
- The flash logo is too distracting
- In my browser IE6 the search underneath the logo is not aligned.
- Some elements of the menus are wider than the header cells. I would increase the cell width to get everything inline.
- The green used in the menus should not be used within your content. It makes the page look untidy.

again i dont speak to lingo!

but generally site is good, looks to be plenty of content... however on the downside maybe it could be too busy? perhaps concentre on certain areas and have links to other pages?

generally good tho! ... i like it!
