Hello,
I would suggest moving your site section links from the top of your page to your left-hand side column. You could then put up a company logo banner. Red is an angry color, please change it. Your lay-out is good and you have good content.

Hi,

You need testimonials from existing customers and some sort of application reports. Also, if you really want to be a good web citizen, you'll want a news section. The danger with such an item is that keeping it up to date is an issue. If your last piece of news says '2003' -- it's not worth it.
