The text and bckground are too close in color. There should be more contrast to make it easier to read. The site is lacking a logo or banner or something. It is too stark. The Motgage answers in plain english text is too small. I could barely rread the links. It might also help if you grouped the links by subject. Would make it easier to navigate.

Basic layout of the site is professional looking.
