It's a good start! I do have some suggestions and points.

Using the Mozilla Firefox browser, a lot of your images don't load. For me, everything below 'Daydreamers' is blank.

Black sites are tough to design and make user friendly. There's almost always readability issues. I would try something lighter. If you want to keep a darkish tone to the site then try something like this:
http://www.garybraunbeck.com/html/index.htm

Your navigation is good and straightforward. I would increase the size and prominence of the bottom menu so people can find out about you with a little more ease.

You're going to have a tough time with the search engines partly because it's a frames site and partly because there's very little anchor text. Also, some of your best text is in graphic form, which won't help too much with anything but possibly image searches.

It looks like you've got some really nice jewelry, but the pictures I was able to see are very pixelated. I used to work in the jewelry manufacturing industry...image quality is huge!

I hope this helps! Good luck.

John

Hi Todd! The site works an loads well, but the counter's visitors don't look very profesional. Also the fonts are not very clear. I think your logo is not well centered in the top frame (at 800X600). Don't forget that some search engines does not index pages with frames.
About SEO, you must improve your title and description

Have a nice day!
