I'm scared to ask coz I know my design skills are somewhat lacking (and the site's not complete yet).

Anyway, I want to give my users a form that they can display on their own site which will submit link exchange info to my site (Kumani.com).
The include file works fine on Kumani.com, but I need to know that it'll work on other sites.

Would anybody be prepared to put the following code on a test page and submit something on there?
