The content is absolutely fantastic! I really like the movies. The layout is good since your target audience is web developers. There is no need to get fancy with the site since we are more interested in what it offers than how it looks.

As far as promoting it, well the best way is definately in groups like this. If the people on this board and others like the offer than it will be promoted in a wide variety of ways. We have a link for promotional strategies here as well Promotion Strategy

I would suggest adding the meta tag information if you want to have it found by search engine.
