New to web design (I'm a finance guy by trade), but decided to make my own site so I had more control over the SEO and other aspects. It's probably a little sloppy, but I mostly used the WYSIWYG in Frontpage, so I think that's kind of expected.

Any hints on SEO would help (keyword, title relevance, etc.). I have really only designed it, not modified for the search engines yet. My key terms will be competitive (Arizona mortgage, Phoenix Loan, etc.).

I really appreciate any feedback (be honest, but take it easy on the new guy). Thank you.

Hi! nice, clean, well designed, easy navigation. Works and loads well.
Your Meta tags analysis.
Title: Title meta tag contains no errors.
This tag contains 40 characters.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Title relevancy to page content is good.
The Title relevancy to page content is 83%.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Description: Description relevancy to page content is poor.
The Description relevancy to page content is 55%.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Keywords: Found no keywords meta tag.
The keyword meta tag is still used by many search engines. Consider to add a keyword meta tag.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Robots: Found no robots meta tag.
This tag is not really required but helps spiders to index the web page.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
You must improve this, find the right keywords, and test and re-test your site until you find the highest relevance keyword/content
There's some helpful (on line) tools to do this work. Don't make spam, don't try to cheat search engines, and the work is done.

Have a nice day!

Thanks so much for the feedback gsmanzi. I have changed the robots metatags to index, follow. Those are the best settings for a search engine, right?

Forgive my question, it is probably elementary to you, how do I determine description relevancy and improve it? I though I was giving very accurate descritions of my pages (though I added a keyword whenever I could without ruining the flow of the text).

I've also read that you shouldn't use any one keyword more than about five times in the metatag because it is read as spam, is this your opinion also?
