I like it. The navigation is nice and easy. The information is well laid out and logical.

Your description is too long in your meta tag. You have 264 characters and are allowed 250 this can cause some search engines to ignore it completely. You should also try and use at least three of your keywords in your description to help with ranking.

I have one question. The banner at the top of the page lists it as pma, all lowercase, but within the page you use all uppercase. Which is it? You should be consistant.

Hi! at 1024X768 the sites look, and work OK, at 600X800 there's an overlaping in the navigation bar.
You must improve your seo work. You use too much characters 268 and some search engines recomended 200. The relevance keywords/content its too low (about 50%)

Nice looking site, easy to navigate. Your commercial page is displaying the BUY crumbtrail (evidence that the crumb trail is hand written) though it all looks good. Good possibly do with a key on the propoerty sections to tell what the bed, bath and car symbols mean. You don't need the same links along the top and the side, utilise the top for slogans, catchy graphics etc. Also I like th right of the page though I would always use this as an 'advert style section, drawing people in to sections deep within the site, new properties, hot new places you are trying to sell etc. Put the search on a different page.
