this website was develloped using mambo open source a CMS written in php which like all cms restrain the possibilities in termes of design...

But there are a lot of room for improvement, thank you in advance for all the hints you may provide...

It looks like a news portal. If that is the case then I would say that it is well done. It is layed out well for what it is attempting to accomplish. The colors work well together. Fonts are well chosen and the whole thing works very nicely.

This is a very nice website. (My favourite news website is Le Monde -- the French have a definite edge over Anglos in the style department -- and your website is no exception.)

My only worry is that those orange and yellow rectangles can become a little confusing (even distracting) by being always at the forefront of one's perception. I'd play around with the colours a bit. Maybe they can be two tones of grey except in the left- and right-hand columns -- or something.

Otherwise nice. It's good to see lots of photographs and limited text. I think the balance is just about right.
