Default IncLaunch.com Review

This is my new site that basically deals with online incorporation. It's been up for about a week and hasn't really gotten too much business. We are getting about 300 visits a day but aren't really turning the visitors into customers. We are averaging 1 sale for every 200 customers, which I don't think is too good. Maybe there's some sort of flaw with the website that's turning customers away. I haven't found it yet but maybe you can. Let me know what you think and don't hold back!

your site has good text information, loads quickly and navigates easily....
I think that your header needs some sort of text... perhaps a tagline or something... it looks empty as it is now.
Also, I feel that your home page needs more text as to what you do... perhaps you could take the following text and insert it above your boxes:
"There are many different reasons to incorporate your business, first of all, limited personal liability. If a court judgment is entered against your corporation or LLC, your personal bank accounts and any other valuable property will be protected. If a business has more than one owner, incorporating can offer protection from any bad judgments of your co-owners. Also, there are many tax-related advantages given to corporations and LLCs that aren't given to sole proprietors or general partnerships. A corporation can treat fringe benefits given to employees, such as medical and dental insurance, as tax-deductible business expenses. Other reasons to incorporate include credit building and investor attraction"

you have 5 seconds to grab your visitors attention... and you need informative text to do so...

Perhaps you are not getting sales because many people are wary of using an on-line incorporating service... are you certified or anything like that? you could put that info on your site..

hope this helps and good luck!

I think the site is very nice. Very clean Navigation. Clear fast loading images. Your message is delivered quickly. I dont think I'd change much. I would first give the site some time to perform. One week is hardly enough time to make a judgement on whether a site needs improvement. 1 sale per 200 is not very bad considering you have only been going for a week. Are you using PPC to get traffic, or do you have some other method? The average conversion ration for internet businesses is about 2 - 3%, but many businesses are much lower just because of the industry that you cater to. And then, many are much higher for the same reason. I would give it some time, work on natural listings to get traffic. Closely monitor traffic and conversions and gather as much information as you can about your customers, and their habbits, and the chenge your site accordingly. There is definately nothing wrong with the site itself.

I've got my credential buttons at the bottom on the right. Are they not easily seen?

I see a BBB button... and a Secure one,.... but nothing to indicate that you have any kind of certification or licensing....
I know that many people think belonging to BBB is a good thing.... I, however, don't think it's worth all that much (but that is a personal thing)...
I'm not sure that if I were to incorporate, I'd use an on-line service (but I am a very very skeptical person)...
