Tested in IE6 56k modem 800x600. Text loads nice and fast but the graphics are slow to load. Might be nice if the menu links changed colour when the mouse is passed over them. Otherwise, a nice design. Good luck with it.

The site looks good in Opera 7.23.

My main concern is the lack of content, you talk about 'catering to the needs of...' but I dont really see how the site does this. I expect the features will expand in time (thats how we all start). Incidentally the word 'features' on the menu is a bit of a give away that there isnt much more.

I get worried when I talk to a client, and the mission statement comes out right at the beginning. To me the mission statement is something you live rather than something you announce. That is probably a very personal perspective, but Id rather see the site doing more to fulfill the statement and then relegating the announcement to a back page.

there is a typo on the first page
"interconnectedness.Caribbeanstudent.com" has no spacing.

The site looks good, and I think has plenty of potential, good luck.
