It may be the service doesn't fit in with user objectives. One or two websites -- I've heard -- don't really pretend to do any market research or user testing. They simply "throw it against the wall to see what sticks."

They assume there's a wall there. It may mean your site has to differentiate itself (in the minds of customers) against competition. Further, this type of site requires a critical mass strategy. You have none.

The site looks okay. I would suggest user testing and market research. People think, for some reason, the 'net has eliminated the need for basic business intelligence. You may find free isn't a differentiating factor when 50 million sites are doing the same thing.

Default Bad link

There's a period after the .fm

It works without the period.

Default .(period)... (period) fm!

Great site, great idea,

2 points:

1. get a URL people can find

2. Allow people to use site for free without the registration, I was so wanting to view stuff but the insitence with registering deflated me. Build users then build business.

IMHO, but good luck (would love to partner a UK version)

I really found your service interesting and innovative, but that's not enough: people have to find it useful and I don't know if it's going to happen. But it occurs to me that if after a couple months you still have no considerable response from the market, you could still do business with your idea, offering the system as a plug-in for big online stores and auction sites like eBay.

Good Luck!
