Default Please review my site - www.bhrconline.com

Hi,

Please review my site - www.bhrconline.com

This site has been re-designed. Hence, I would request you to use this site as -
1) A Business Traveller
OR
2) A Traveller on Holiday or Vacation

The objective of this review is to find out -
1) How attractive a user finds this site (it's design, colours, layout and content)
2) How easy it is for a user to find hotel information
3) How easy it is for a user to select a hotel and proceed with it's booking

Please comment

Thanks in advance
Septhar

Hi,
I think your site is very good. Traditional British colours, very easy to navigate. Excellent work.

The site is at that point where you are going to have to apply different methodology to yield information. For example create a nonactive account for a fictional user (with an itinerary of activities), perhaps one business and one vacationer.

Set out a task list. For example a business traveler might be 1) exhibiting at a certain convention center. 2) have to meet with 5 existing clients before the show 3)have to meet with 9 potential clients generated by the company booth at the show. This business traveler may have to find accomodation (at a time where others will be competing for rooms), closest to a specific point. A vacationer, on the other hand may have a variety of places to visit, and so seeks a central "hub" point at the center of several points on a map.

You want someone to take up the entire process, from start to finish. I doubt the comments you are likely to get here undertake such a thorough evaluation. In short, you need interaction testing.

The trouble with your post is it assumes a casual glance will turn up very specific problems. It doesn't work that way. You need actionable information about trouble in task completion and reaching certain objectives. You are not likely to get it based on this kind of post.
