Default Rasa Music International -> www.rasamusic.com

Hello Friends,

Finally, I did it!

Rasa Music International is a New York based music label that produces lounge, yoga and meditation music. They are featured major retail stores such as Virgin Megastore, Amazon.com, Barnes & Noble.

We just launched a new e-commerce enabled website and I would love to hear your opnions and advice. Anything is useful.

In exchange, I'm willing to review your work.

Thank you,

Default Had a look

Hi, Had a look at your site and like it very much, it's very easy on the eyes and has some nice artwork. The java applet seems a little slow loading on each page change. Maybe flash would be better. I notice you only use the title metatag, is this intentional? Also you might want to put more of your keywords in the ALT tags.
All in all very nice professional site.

Default Site Review

I like your site too. Nice colors and layout.
Suggestion: With a little bit of tightening you could make your main page fit all on one screen.

Over all I can't find anything designwise I would change. Good job.

Hi Dean,

Thanks for your review

I would favor Flash too, but it is not possible to regenerate the same water effect and the guys at Rasa are excited about it. One solution I'm thinking about is to use it only in the index page or only at the first loaded page. do you agree?

That's right! Having to deal with multiple issues I almost forgot about SEO :). I'll be adding keywords and description metatags and few more paragraphs as comments . Will that be enough?

Thank you,

Simo

Glad you guys like the site. One of the primary goals is to reflect the company's vision...think mellow, relaxing and inviting.

Default Java applet shows only twice!

Ok, now the applet shows only during first 2 hits when you access the site. I thought "twice" will be a good number. :)

Default Had another look

The site fits nicely on the creen now and I see you have added the meta tags. I'd still suggest adding keywords to the ALT tags.
I'm not sure how the SE's feel about commenting in keywords though? I was under the impression they regard it as spam and punish accordingly????
Impressive site though.
